30-Day Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us by email at support@plashed.shop. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with return authorisation and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Return Labels and Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong product, we will normally provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover reasonable return shipping costs.
  • Customer remorse: If you change your mind or no longer want the item and it is not defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Accepted Product Condition

We accept returns only for items that are in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging and tags. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Restocking Fee

Plashed does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us immediately at support@plashed.shop. When possible, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

We can process exchanges for damaged, incorrect, or defective items, subject to stock availability. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original product before sending a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons, or where clearly marked as final sale. Any such exclusions will be indicated on the product page where possible.
