This Order Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on plashed.shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

When You Can Cancel an Order

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been packed or shipped. After this time, or once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and you may instead request a return in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

We will confirm by email whether your cancellation request was received in time. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will provide instructions for returning the items instead.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or PayPal.

Partially Shipped or Split Orders

If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, only the items that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled. Items already shipped may be returned in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Promotions and Discount Codes

If you cancel an order that used a promotion or discount code, that promotion or code may not be reusable, depending on the offer terms. Any refunded amount will reflect the price actually paid after discounts.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Order Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the updated version is published.
