Orders are normally processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Our order cut-off time is 5:30 PM (GMT UTC +0). Orders placed after 5:30 PM will be treated as placed on the next business day.

Delivery Area and Transit Time

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Express Shipping on orders of £100 or more (UK only).
  • £5.99 Express Shipping on orders below £100 (UK only).

Any promotional or limited‑time offers on shipping will be clearly indicated at checkout or on our website.

Taxes and Duties

All prices displayed on plashed.shop include UK VAT where applicable. Customers in the United Kingdom do not have to pay additional import duties or administration fees on delivery for our standard shipments.

Delivery Methods

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@plashed.shop or call +44 7718 986000. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
